Realized this morning that this might make a good Valentine sketch — trudging off to work, realizing all of a sudden, in an eye-opening way, that it’s Valentine’s day.
Sketched this while I was depositing checks online the other night. It’s a tedious slow-going process of scanning in the checks, both sides, then uploading them ‘just right’ to the bank website. Benefit is that money is there instantly and I avoid mailing the checks to Texas and wondering if anyone will have their way with them before they get there.
