One More Encounter From First Encounter Beach, Cape Cod

I think this is the last of the shore-vacation ink & watercolors. I was lamenting having to wear a helmet down the shore. Riding bikes at the shore since I was young was about freedom. Now that freedom is tainted because we need to set examples for the kids.Labels: beach, shore, sunburn, vacation, watercolor

For a few years now we've had these beach chairs with high backs that allow me to fall asleep in the chair while reading the book without my head falling over. The Mrs. picked up a couple of new chairs and I tried one of these out on the first day. It's one of those ones that are supposed to allow you to lie flat on your back and snooze away. However, my big head just flopped over the edge and rested on the sand. Every other person seems to use these things with little to no effort but it just doesn't work for me. I kicked my son out of the old reliable chair and went back to business.Labels: beach, chair, shore, vacation, watercolor
